This policy applies to physical products sold directly by ATZ Enterprises under the Something Else and The Singularity Project brands through our own storefronts. Where you purchase our products on a third-party marketplace (for example, a major e-commerce platform), the marketplace's shipping and returns process applies to that order, and you should raise requests through the marketplace first.
1. Shipping
- Coverage: we ship across India through reputed courier partners. Serviceability is confirmed by PIN code at checkout or at the time of order confirmation.
- Dispatch: in-stock items are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. Made-to-order or pre-order items carry the timeline stated on the product listing.
- Delivery estimates: metros usually receive orders in 3–7 business days from dispatch; other locations in 5–10 business days. Estimates are indicative, not guaranteed, and may be affected by weather, strikes, or courier delays outside our control.
- Tracking: a tracking link is shared by email once your order is dispatched.
- Charges: any shipping charge is shown before you pay. We do not add undisclosed fees after checkout.
2. Returns and exchanges
- Window: return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, with the order number and (for damage or defect claims) clear photos.
- Condition: items must be unused, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags, labels and packaging intact. Books must be unmarked and undamaged.
- Non-returnable items: for hygiene reasons, innerwear, babies' underclothing and similar intimate items are not returnable unless delivered damaged or defective. Digital products (e-books and other downloads) are not returnable once delivered/accessed, except as required by law.
- Wrong or damaged items: if we shipped the wrong item, or it arrived damaged or defective, we will arrange a replacement or full refund — including shipping — at no cost to you.
- Process: email us at our contact address with the subject "Return Request". Approved returns are picked up by our courier where serviceable, or returned by you against reimbursement of reasonable courier costs.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are initiated within 5 business days of the returned item passing quality inspection.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credit may take a further 5–10 business days to appear.
- Where a marketplace processed your payment, the marketplace's refund timeline applies.
- Cash-on-delivery orders (where offered) are refunded by bank transfer to an account you verify in writing.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch by writing to us with your order number. Once dispatched, an order follows the returns process above. We may cancel an order at our discretion — for example, on suspicion of fraud, pricing error, or stock unavailability — in which case any amount paid is refunded in full.
5. Fair use of this policy
This policy exists to protect genuine customers. Repeated high-volume returns, returns of switched or counterfeit items, false damage claims and similar abuse may result in refusal of returns, suspension of service and, where warranted, legal action. We photograph and record returned goods on receipt.
6. Changes to this policy
We may amend, update, replace or remove any part of this policy at any time, at our sole discretion, and without prior notice — including to respond to fraudulent or abusive activity. The version published on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
