Privacy Policy

Inbox Radar by TSP (“the Extension”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a Google Chrome extension provided by ATZ (“ATZ”). This policy explains what the Extension accesses, why, and — just as importantly — what we do not do with it.
In one sentence: Inbox Radar by TSP shows you desktop notifications for new Gmail and lets you open, mark read, or archive those messages. It talks directly to Google’s Gmail API using your own Google sign-in. We do not operate a server, we do not collect your email, and we do not share any of your data with anyone.

2. What the Extension accesses
When you connect your Google account, Inbox Radar by TSP uses Google’s official Gmail API to read the metadata of messages in your inbox — the sender, subject, date, and message identifiers — so it can build notifications and the unread list. If you use the optional Mark read or Archive actions, it changes those labels on the specific message you acted on.
It requests these Google OAuth scopes:

The Extension does not read message bodies for storage, does not send email on your behalf, and does not delete mail.
3. What we store, and where
Inbox Radar by TSP stores the following locally in your browser (chrome.storage), and nowhere else:
- your settings (watch list, muted senders, quiet hours, poll interval, etc.);
- the email address of the connected account (to show which inbox is active);
- a short list of recent message IDs, used only to avoid notifying you twice about the same email.
It does not store the content or body of your emails, and it never copies your mail off your device. There is no Inbox Radar by TSP server — nothing is uploaded to us or to any third party.
4. What we share
Nothing. We do not sell, rent, trade, or transfer your data to anyone. All communication happens directly between your browser and Google. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling, and the Extension contains no analytics or tracking of any kind.
5. Google API Services — Limited Use disclosure
Inbox Radar by TSP’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- we use Google user data only to provide the Extension’s user-facing features (new-mail notifications and inbox triage);
- we do not transfer this data to others except as necessary to provide those features, and no such transfer occurs today;
- we do not use this data for advertising; and
- we do not allow humans to read your Google user data, except with your explicit consent, where necessary for security purposes (e.g., investigating abuse), or to comply with applicable law.

7. Data retention and deletion
All data is local to your browser. You can remove it at any time by:
- disconnecting your account inside the Extension, or
- removing the Extension from Chrome, or
- revoking the Extension’s access to your Google account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
8. Security
Sign-in uses Google’s OAuth; access tokens are managed by Chrome’s built-in identity system and are not exposed to any third party. All network requests to Google are made over HTTPS.
9. Children
Inbox Radar by TSP is a general-productivity tool and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Your rights
Because your data stays on your device and is not collected by us, you remain in control of it at all times. If you are in a jurisdiction that grants data-subject rights (e.g., the EEA/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), and you believe we hold personal data about you, contact us at the address in Section 1 and we will respond as required by applicable law.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, through the Extension or our website.

Refund Policy

0. Current status — everything is free
Inbox Radar by TSP is currently in early access and completely free. There are no paid plans yet, so there is nothing to refund today. This policy describes how refunds will work once paid plans are introduced. It takes effect for any purchase made after billing is enabled.
1. Scope
This policy applies to paid subscriptions to Inbox Radar by TSP Pro (“Paid Plans”) purchased through Razorpay. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy.
2. Free tier and trials
Inbox Radar by TSP’s core features remain free. Where we offer a free trial of a Paid Plan, you will not be charged until the trial ends, and you may cancel any time before then to avoid a charge.
3. Cancellations
You can cancel a Paid Plan at any time from your account's billing page or the Razorpay customer portal. When you cancel:
- your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period;
- you are not charged again; and
- your data remains available under the free tier.
4. Refunds
- 14-day money-back guarantee (new subscriptions). If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and we will refund it, no questions asked.
- Monthly renewals. After the first 14 days, monthly renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but if you were charged after cancelling, or in the case of a genuine error, contact us and we will make it right.
- Annual renewals. If you cancel within 14 days of an annual renewal and have not made significant use of Pro features in that period, we will refund the renewal. Otherwise annual plans can be cancelled to stop future renewals.
- Duplicate or accidental charges are always refunded in full.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@atzent.in from the address associated with your purchase, including the approximate purchase date. We aim to respond within 3 business days and to process approved refunds within 5–10 business days, returned to your original payment method.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank — we can almost always resolve issues faster directly.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer law of your country (for example, EU/UK distance-selling and cooling-off rights).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and ATZ Enterprises (“ATZ”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the Inbox Radar by TSP Chrome extension and related website and services (together, the “Service”). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Inbox Radar by TSP is a browser extension that displays notifications for new Gmail messages and provides tools to filter, open, mark read, and archive them. It connects to your Google account using Google’s OAuth and Gmail API. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google’s own terms.
2. Your account and Google connection
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You grant the Service permission to access your Gmail data only to the extent described in our Privacy Policy, and you can revoke that access at any time.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service unlawfully or to violate others’ rights; (b) reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service except as permitted by its open-source licence, if any; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; or (d) use the Service to send spam or to circumvent Google’s policies.
4. Paid plans (when available)
The core Service is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, the price, billing cycle, and features will be shown at purchase, billing will recur until you cancel, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its name, logo, and design, is owned by ATZ or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. Any open-source components are provided under their respective licences.
6. Privacy
Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every notification will be delivered — email delivery and the Gmail API are outside our control.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATZ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or missed communications, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service, or your access to it, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., 5, 7, 8, 10) will survive.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
