Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 July 2026
Bookmarks Master by TSP (“the Extension”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a Google Chrome extension provided by ATZ (“ATZ”). This policy explains how it handles your information.
In one sentence: Bookmarks Master by TSP saves your bookmarks locally in your browser. It has no account, no server, and makes no network requests during normal use. Nothing you save is sent to us or to anyone else.
1. Who we are
Bookmarks Master by TSP is published by ATZ Enterprises.
- Website: https://atzent.in
- Contact: support@atzent.in
2. What we store, and where
Everything you create in Bookmarks Master by TSP — your bookmarks (URLs, titles, tags, notes), collections, and settings — is stored locally in your browser using chrome.storage.local. We do not operate a server and we do not receive a copy of any of it.
Optional cloud sync. If you turn on cloud sync, your bookmarks are mirrored to chrome.storage.sync — that is your own browser’s built-in sync (managed by Google under your Google account), not a server operated by us. We never see that data. Cloud sync is off by default.
3. What we access
| Feature | What it touches |
|---|---|
| Saving a page | The URL and title of the tab you choose to save |
| Site icons | Chrome’s built-in favicon service (_favicon) — no external request |
| On-page save button (optional) | Runs on the sites you visit only after you enable it and grant permission, so it can show the save button |
| Import Chrome bookmarks (on request) | Reads your existing Chrome bookmarks only when you click Import |
| Dead-link scanner (optional) | Requests network access only when you run it, to check whether saved links still load |
4. What we share
Nothing. We do not sell, rent, trade, or transfer your data to anyone. The Extension contains no analytics or tracking, serves no ads, and makes no network requests during normal use.
5. Permissions and why we ask for them
| Permission | Reason |
|---|---|
storage | Store your bookmarks, collections, and settings locally |
tabs | Read the current tab’s URL/title when you save it |
contextMenus | Add the right-click “Save to Bookmarks Master by TSP” item |
bookmarks | Import your existing Chrome bookmarks — only when you click Import |
favicon | Show site icons via Chrome’s built-in service |
scripting | Register the on-page save button when you enable it |
host access (<all_urls>, optional) | Requested only when you enable the on-page button or run the dead-link scanner — never on install |
A default install of Bookmarks Master by TSP requests no host access at all.
6. Data retention and deletion
Your data lives in your browser. You can delete it at any time by removing bookmarks in the app, using Export to back it up first if you wish, or removing the Extension from Chrome. If cloud sync was enabled, you can clear the synced copy from your Google account’s Chrome sync settings.
7. Children
Bookmarks Master by TSP is a general-productivity tool and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Your rights
Because your data stays on your device and is not collected by us, you remain in control of it at all times. If you are in a jurisdiction that grants data-subject rights (e.g., the EEA/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA) and believe we hold personal data about you, contact us at the address in Section 1.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.

Refund Policy
Last updated: 21 July 2026
0. Current status — everything is free
Bookmarks Master by TSP is currently in early access and completely free, with no bookmark or collection limits and every feature unlocked. There are no paid plans yet, so there is nothing to refund today. This policy describes how refunds will work once paid plans are introduced. It takes effect for any purchase made after billing is enabled.
1. Scope
This policy applies to paid subscriptions to Bookmarks Master by TSP Pro (“Paid Plans”) purchased through Razorpay. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy.
2. Free tier and trials
Bookmarks Master by TSP’s core features remain free. Where we offer a free trial of a Paid Plan, you will not be charged until the trial ends, and you may cancel any time before then to avoid a charge.
3. Cancellations
You can cancel a Paid Plan at any time from your account's billing page or the Razorpay customer portal. When you cancel:
- your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period;
- you are not charged again; and
- your bookmarks remain available under the free tier (subject to any free-tier limits that apply going forward).
4. Refunds
- 14-day money-back guarantee (new subscriptions). If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and we will refund it, no questions asked.
- Monthly renewals. After the first 14 days, monthly renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but if you were charged after cancelling, or in the case of a genuine error, contact us and we will make it right.
- Annual renewals. If you cancel within 14 days of an annual renewal and have not made significant use of Pro features in that period, we will refund the renewal. Otherwise annual plans can be cancelled to stop future renewals.
- Duplicate or accidental charges are always refunded in full.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@atzent.in from the address associated with your purchase, including the approximate purchase date. We aim to respond within 3 business days and to process approved refunds within 5–10 business days, returned to your original payment method.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank — we can almost always resolve issues faster directly.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer law of your country (for example, EU/UK distance-selling and cooling-off rights).

Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 July 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and ATZ Enterprises (“ATZ”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the Bookmarks Master by TSP Chrome extension and related website and services (together, the “Service”). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Bookmarks Master by TSP is a browser extension that lets you save, tag, organize, search, and open bookmarks. Your data is stored locally in your browser; optional cloud sync uses your own browser’s Google-synced storage.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you save and for maintaining your own backups (the Service provides an Export feature for this purpose). You agree to use the Service only for lawful bookmarking of content you are entitled to access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service unlawfully or to violate others’ rights; (b) reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service except as permitted by its open-source licence, if any; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; or (d) use the Service to store or distribute unlawful material.
4. Paid plans (when available)
The core Service is currently free with no limits. If we introduce paid plans, the price, billing cycle, and features will be shown at purchase, billing will recur until you cancel, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its name, logo, and design, is owned by ATZ or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. Any open-source components are provided under their respective licences.
6. Privacy
Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your bookmarks.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATZ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service, or your access to it, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., 5, 7, 8, 10) will survive.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
